Welding Seminar

The Welding Seminar prepares students for careers in welding precision manufacturing, pipe welding, and other careers related to welding and may find employment in oil refineries, shipyards, fabrication shops and surrounding areas. The curriculum is designed to amplify students welding knowledge of Flux Core Arc Welding. The students will learn to develop skills, attitudes and competencies in welding processes and best safety practices, learn base metal preparation, determine weld quality and base metal preparation. Participant will also learn about proper Flux Core equipment set up and working with plate and pipe.
